Dr. Jason Faucheux is an osteopathic family medicine physician and Northshore native serving the bēon Mandeville community. Direct Primary Care uses a recurring membership to support an ongoing relationship with a physician and care team outside the conventional fee-for-service visit model.

Preventive direction. Use clinically appropriate assessment and screening to establish practical next steps.

Everyday primary care. Address common acute concerns, medication questions, and ongoing needs within practice and plan scope.

Chronic-condition support. Monitor ongoing conditions with referrals or specialty coordination when needed.

The local scope may include preventive care, common acute concerns, chronic-condition management, medication management, care coordination, approved family medicine across life stages, and osteopathic evaluation when clinically appropriate and available.
