No. bēon membership is not health insurance. Maintain appropriate insurance coverage for emergencies, hospital care, surgery, specialty services and other care outside the membership.

Your membership includes only the services listed for your selected plan. Medication, specialty care, imaging, external laboratory testing, hospital care, emergency care and third-party services are separate unless specifically included. Club Wellness and physician-guided programs are separate choices.

Yes. Physician-guided programs can be accessed independently, subject to clinical eligibility and state availability. Every program has its own screening, monitoring, inclusions and pricing.

No. bēon Connect is a Direct Primary Care membership tier delivered through telemedicine. Medical Weight Loss and Hormone & Vitality are separate physician-guided programs. Recovery & Performance and Longevity & Cellular Health are coming soon.

Telemedicine availability depends on your state, program and clinical eligibility. Kansas currently has statewide telemedicine access. Use the state selector and secure bēonGenesis to confirm the options available to you.

No. Mandeville is the first active bēon Direct Primary Care hub. Slidell and Baton Rouge are connected access points. A Genesis club listing does not establish that a medical clinic or a particular service is available there.

Family pricing covers the member, spouse and up to two dependent children. Service access and clinical eligibility may vary by family member. If currently offered, the bēon Longevity founder biomarker benefit applies to one designated member. Confirm inclusions and terms before enrolling; additional family testing is separately priced.
